Philly Cheesesteak Cheesy Bread

With traditional staples like ribeye steak, provolone cheese, and deli French bread, this dish is a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf of French bread cut in half lengthwise
- 9 oz. Thin Sliced ribeye steak
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Bell pepper sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 4 oz. Mushrooms sliced
- ⅓ C. Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Sliced provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the sliced bread open side up on a baking sheet and add a layer of mayonnaise to the top.
- Layer half of the cheese slices on the bread.
- Cook the steak meat in the oil until completely browned, and add the salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
- In a skillet, cook the onions, peppers and mushrooms in the butter until softened.
- Add the meat to the top of the bread, followed by the vegetables.
- Place the rest of the cheese slices on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
