Ingredients:
- chicken breast 2 pieces
- butter 1 tablespoon 3
- tablespoons 1 organo
- Oregano
- onions 1 piece cut

- Ganku 4 pieces
- cream 1/2 cup
- chicken soup 1 chicken soup 1 /2 cup
- 1 cup spinach
- grated Parmesan 1/3 cup cheese
How to Make Chicken – Using Parmesan
Season the chicken breasts with pepper, salt, and half a teaspoon of oregano.
Prepare a large frying pan and melt the butter over medium heat. You can also add sun-dried tomato oil.
Add the chicken breast and fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. When ready, place on a plate and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the same skillet that you will use to make the sauce. Saute garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and half a teaspoon of oregano.
Next, add the cream, chicken stock, and Parmesan cheese and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth. Then add salt and pepper (1 teaspoon recommended) to taste.
Next, add the spinach and continue cooking until it wilts.
Then add the chicken breasts back to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
