Ingredients:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of butter, softened
1/4 cup of honey
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of pecans, finely chopped
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, honey, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and beat until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the pecans with a spatula or a wooden spoon.
