This meat was amazingly flavorful and juicy. I had some leftover steak and wanted to try it in the crock pot to create a new and unique recipe. This dish is neither spicy nor spicy and the flavors complement each other perfectly. You can combine this dish with rice or pasta, bread or salad.

PEPPER STEAK Recipe
This meat was amazingly flavorful and juicy
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef round steak
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of stewed tomatoes , un-drained
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 of each chopped: green, yellow and Orange pepper
Instructions
- Remove any fat from the meat. Cut into quarters and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the meat on both sides. Add to pot. Mix the tomatoes, paste, spices and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and pour over the meat in the crock pot. Top with paprika. Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 hours.
