Potatoes for baking
Grated cheddar cheese
Crispy bacon, chopped
Sliced green onions
Sour cream
PREPARATION STEP 1 Set the oven to 400°F.
Coat both sides of the potato slices with butter and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, flipping them over halfway, until they are golden on both sides.
Sprinkle the bacon, cheese, and green onion over the potatoes and put them back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Top with a spoonful of sour cream and dig in!
Note:
You can also make holes in the potatoes and cook them in the microwave for six minutes instead of baking.
