Taco Pizza Supreme Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef (or any other ground meat of your choice)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream and salsa (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the package of your pre-made pizza dough.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, ensuring it is fully cooked. Remove any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add water and taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef. Stir well and let the mixture boil for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone, following package directions. Spread the taco meat evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a thin border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican cheese evenly over the taco meat.
  6. Arrange the sliced tomatoes, diced red onions, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the directions on the pizza crust package.
  8. Once the pizza is cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove it from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top.
  9. Allow the taco pizza to cool for a few minutes before cutting it into wedges or squares. Optionally, top with sour cream and serve with salsa on the side.
  10. Enjoy this delicious fusion of taco and pizza flavors!
